About us
A family business, since 2002
R.L. Elettronica was founded in 2002 as a family business, led by two partners, father and son. Today it counts 16 employees and operates on 1000 m² of production floor and 1000 m² of warehouse in Camucia di Cortona (AR), Italy.
We work as a subcontractor for companies in the security, automation, automotive, airport, woodworking machinery and defence sectors, with a direct and long-standing relationship with our customers.

What we do
Services
Wiring harnesses
Komax cutting/stripping and semi-automatic crimping with load cell. Wide range of mini-applicators: ferrules, AMP, Minifit, Spox and military connectors.
Electrical panels
On-board machine panels and power panels built to the customer's specification and diagrams.
Conformal coating
Dedicated department with automatic coating machine and traditional spray application, run by specialised operators.
Mechanical and electromechanical assembly
Bench assembly and assembly of large equipment with jib crane and forklift. Decades of experience.
Maintenance and service
Mechanical and electromechanical technical service at the customer's site, in Italy and abroad.

Industrial painting
We carry out RAL spray painting with a dedicated booth and a heated oven divided into two zones, one for painting and one for drying.
Pick-up and delivery are handled with our own vehicles, truck or van, for reliable lead times and a direct relationship with the customer.
Deliveries and logistics
We transport material with our own vehicles, for a direct relationship with the customer and controlled delivery times. We work both on a subcontracting and a direct-sale basis.
Research & Development
Industry 4.0
An internal division is dedicated to research and development in the industrial internet domain: Industry 4.0, predictive maintenance, industrial monitoring, logistics 4.0 and smart agriculture.
A strong technical background: the division was born as a spin-off of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa.
