2. Data processed and purposes

Through the contact form we collect the data you provide (name, company if any, email, phone if any, message content) and the sending IP address. The data is processed solely to answer your enquiry and to manage the resulting business contacts, as well as to prevent abuse of the form (automated or bulk submissions).

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and on the controller's legitimate interest in service security (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Retention

Messages are kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless legal obligations or subsequent contractual relationships apply.

5. Recipients

Data is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties. It may be accessed by the controller's authorised staff and by the technical providers hosting the website and email services, appointed as data processors where required.

6. Third-party services

The contact page embeds a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd.), which may set cookies and collect browsing data according to its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

You may at any time exercise the rights provided by arts. 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to info@rlelettronica.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
